General Requirements

Renewals No renewal license shall be issued to any home inspector for any license period commencing on or after December 31, 2007 unless such licensee completes 24 hours of approved continuing education within the two-year period immediately preceding such renewal, except those licenses expiring on or after December 31, 2007, but before December 31, 2008, shall be required to complete 6 hours of approved continuing education prior to application for renewal
